Shop Policies and Returns

Below is information pertaining to our trade partner, SideDoor. The items below reflect terms, conditions, and FAQ's pertaining to SideDoor.  More information can be found by visiting SideDoor's website.

Who is SideDoor?

SideDoor is a partner that secures and fulfills your order, and handles the shipping and customer service as well. SideDoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

We are not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless the product(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If a product is damaged, take photographs of the packaging and product and contact SideDoor customer service as soon as possible. The SideDoor team will either send a repair person to repair the item or send a replacement.

 

How will I know when my item ships?

You will receive e-mail communication from SideDoor regarding the progress of your order and when pieces ship. You have the option to create an account at checkout and can track the status of your piece through your account.

Will my furniture be placed inside my home?

'Threshold delivery' is included in the pricing provided by SideDoor. Threshold delivery does not include placing products in specific rooms, assembly, or removal of original packaging. Threshold delivery includes all items being delivered to your home in their original packaging. 

 

'White Glove' delivery, which can be added at an additional charge, includes bringing in the delivery to the desired room you want it in, unboxing, light assembly, and removal of all the packing material. If you would like to upgrade to 'White Glove' delivery  you can add it at checkout for an additional fee or please reach out to SideDoor with your order number for this service to be arranged. 

Are there other sizes or finishes/colors available?

Many times there are! Please email us at hello@marycampointeriors.com and we will be happy to see what options are available. 

What makes your shop unique?

Many of the pieces in our shop are typically available to-the-trade only (i.e. interior designers). We're excited to be able to offer to-the-trade pieces, shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. SideDoor allows MCI to sell trade furniture and decor on our website to anyone.
